Capgo Pty Ltd highly values the strong relationship we have with our present and potential customers. The gradual introduction of data collection procedures at Capgo is being handled with full and proper respect for the privacy of our customers. No names or addresses of individuals will be passed to a third party without the express permission of the individual.

The data we collect is handled sensitively, securely and with proper regard to privacy. The information allows us to better understand the needs and preferences of our customers which translates into a better products and service.

The Federal Government is expected to soon introduce new privacy legislation - Capgo's privacy policies will be reviewed and updated as appropriate. More information on privacy legislation is available from the Federal Privacy Commissioner at www.privacy.gov.au.

Collection of Information via Website Activity

For statistical purposes we may collect information on website activity (such as the number of users who visit the website, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed, navigation patterns, what country and systems users have used to access the site and when entering our website from another website, the address of that website).

This information on its own does not identify an individual but it does provide us with statistics that we can use to analyze and improve our website.
